We went to Disneyland and Disney’s Californian Adventure Park, they are next to each other.  We all had a great time..

I'm now a Roller Coaster Rider! I did the Tower of Terror twice, and countless other rides...

Hollywood

Monday we went up to Hollywood. A two hour drive one way.  Not as exciting as we all had hoped.  Took a few pictures.  Drove up in the Hollywood Hills to look at the Homes of the Stars, which are mostly large gates, tall bushes and roof tops, nothing to see there.

Del Mar in San Diego - "Spring Break"

We are on the coast!  After 9 hours by car!!! The house is a bit old and funky. We do have a nice view of the ocean and the house is right there ‘on the beach’ as the google pictures portray ,but there is a 100 foot drop down to the beach!  A close trail gets us down to the beach so it’s no big deal.

Also, no one mentioned the commuter train that zips by mostly in the morning and afternoon.  It’s a very quiet train though. :)

We spent Sunday on the beach, all we went it. The water is cool to Cold and we did not last very long.
